Te Papas 'Curious Creatures' exhibition was all about the kids and was specifically curated from their collection to appeal to children and teens . It contained mythical creatures, interactive experiences and weird and wonderful bejeweled animals. For the opening of this exhibition Te Papa asked us to create an experience that would reflect the theme of the exhibition and be a hit with their intended audience.

Why not become curious creatures ourselves we thought? So we set to planning a day where we could dress ourselves up and create dens for the curious creatures to dwell. And oh how curious they were...
